A young, successful and growing business. Gregory's Water Services, experiencing vast & rapid expansion needed an office unit that was practical, clever and modern. Having purchased a Portable Office, Gregory's Managing Director approached Emerald Rain seeking a 360 service to plan, design and fit out the interior of the delivered building. Kelly got to work straight away to create a workable and practical space which not only offers office based solutions but an area the expanding team love to be in.

The Very Beginning

Having taken 'to scale' drawings from the Portable Office Builder, Kelly got to work creating Mood boards, a proposal and a detailed plan of works, timelines & materials. We went ahead and sourced pre loved items that were the perfect amount of 'Industrial Lust' and new finishes that offered the perfect place to meet, work & relax.

Fitting Out Time

With the help of our specially selected team, including a hand sign writer - Mark Hill Signs, as soon as the building arrived, it was all hands on deck and we got to work. We ripped out trunking and plastic and fitted timber & bricks. We worked to a tight but strict deadline, ensuring everything was ready for the grand reveal. The Managing Director of Gregory's installed real faith and absolute trust in the team and stayed away from the project until D Day.

Are Carefully Crafted

The office was a pre built, portable building consisting of a private office, an open office, kitchen and toilet. The building was designed to accommodate one team member in the open office with a comfortable seating area and a directors office in the private room. The hardware (including kitchens/toilets etc) were not to changed.

We sought a raw, industrial design to suit it’s masculine purpose and designed & hand crafted wall coverings & furniture. We had such fun with this place but always bearing in mind the breif; Green is ‘kindda a thing’ with Gregory’s water service and how important the branding is to the company.

The project is includes the external & internal design and the Managing Director, his family and his team were over the moon with the final result.
